PRIVATE SUSHI EXPERIENCE / FINE DINING EXPERIENCE / HIBACHI EXPERIENCE

“Great food will never overcome great service, but great service will always overcome great food”.

Since graduating high school in 2003, Daniel has been honing his skills in the culinary arts, where he quickly discovered the gruesome, fast-paced, but exhilarating life of a chef. He began training in Japanese cuisine in 2009, and he was given the opportunity to master 3 iconic types of Japanese cuisine: Sushi, Teppanyaki, and Traditional Dining. Of the many techniques, styles, and foods he learned from his training, the concept of “Omotenashi” – doing anything and everything to meet the needs of the customer – is what made him the chef he is today. He takes pride in going above and beyond the expectations of a typical diner while providing a delicious, innovative, and memorable experience with Japanese food.

In this world of foodies and eaters, Daniel expresses his unique talent, style and identity through Personal Chef Services. He not only wants the customer to love the food but to also feel the act of “Omotenashi”.
